Product & Foot Health

Not at all. Even healthy feet benefit from the pressure relief, arch support and reduced fatigue that Strive's orthotic footbed provides.

Yes. The built-in orthotic footbed supports the arch and cushions the heel, reducing strain on the plantar fascia. Many customers find significant relief with regular wear.

Strive's orthotic technology realigns the foot and reduces excess pronation, which can relieve pain in the feet, knees, hips and lower back. We'd always recommend speaking to your podiatrist too.

An orthotic realigns your foot and ankle to their natural position, helping to relieve heel, knee and back pain while distributing weight more evenly across the foot.

Yes — many of our styles are recommended by podiatrists and healthcare professionals worldwide. If you've been advised to wear orthotic footwear, Strive is worth mentioning to them by name.

Strive is owned by the largest custom foot orthotic manufacturing lab in Western Europe, with over 40 years of biomechanical expertise built into every design.

Yes. Poor foot alignment causes a chain reaction up through the ankles, knees and hips that often leads to lower back pain. Strive's built-in orthotic footbed realigns the foot, which can reduce strain on the lower back significantly.

Absolutely. Hard surfaces like concrete put enormous pressure on your feet over time. Strive's orthotic footbed distributes your weight evenly, cushions the heel and supports the arch — reducing fatigue, aching legs and lower back pain even after long hours on your feet.

Most people notice a difference within 1–2 weeks of regular wear. We recommend starting with one hour on the first day and gradually increasing — your feet need time to adjust to proper alignment. Full benefit is usually felt within 4–6 weeks.

With regular wear, Strive footwear typically lasts 12–18 months before the orthotic support begins to reduce. This varies depending on the style, how often you wear them and your activity level.

Custom orthotics are individually prescribed and can cost £300–£500. Strive shoes have biomechanical orthotic support built into every pair, designed using 40+ years of expertise from Europe's largest orthotics lab. For most people with common foot complaints, Strive provides excellent support at a fraction of the cost — and many podiatrists recommend them as an alternative.
