Here at Strive, we are dedicated to ensuring you are 100% happy with your purchase. We offer a no-quibble 28-day guarantee on all of our stock items.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

STEP 1 — REGISTER YOUR RETURN Visit here to register your return and receive your RMA number. You will need your order number and email address. If you need a returns form, you can download it here.

STEP 2 — PACK YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY Please ensure items are unworn and in re-saleable condition with all original packaging intact, including all tags and labels free from defects.

  • Do not apply tape directly to the shoe box
  • Place the shoe box inside an outer bag or box to protect it during transit
  • Goods remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse, so please pack carefully to prevent damage or loss

STEP 3 — SEND YOUR PARCEL Send your parcel using a tracked delivery service of your choice. Please keep your proof of postage — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


FREE EXCHANGES

Want a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges. Visit here to register your exchange and we'll dispatch your replacement at no extra cost. Return postage remains the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked service.


REFUNDS

  • Items returned within 28 days will receive a full product refund (excluding return postage)
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please note: your order includes a multibuy discount. This discount applies when 2 or more full-price pairs are purchased together. If you return part of your order and no longer meet the qualifying criteria, the discount will be recalculated and the difference deducted from your refund. WARRANTY POLICY

For defects resulting from production or material errors, Strive Footwear will provide our customer with a replacement product free of charge. Customers have up to 12 months from the order date to declare any defects. All further warranty or guarantee claims are hereby expressly excluded. The customer's obligation to inspect the wares and declare any defects, along with the warranty period, are based on statutory regulations.

To raise a warranty claim, the customer must contact our customer care team at sales@strivefootwear.com. All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. All Strive products have a lifespan depending on the model, the materials used and the individual use of the product. The warranty does not extend to defects due to the wrong fit, normal wear and tear, exceeding the product's lifespan or damage caused by improper, incorrect or negligent use or changes to the product. Furthermore, the warranty does not extend to defects in products not ordered from the Strive website.
