1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are placing the order with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on the Strive Footwear website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT); delivery charges will be clearly shown during checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is dispatched; if this affects your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

3. Payments

Strive accepts the following payment types: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo.

4. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch (or confirming the order, where sent separately). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion before that point, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability of stock. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Discount Codes

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other, including with our new customer welcome offer, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of the promotion. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

In addition to our Returns Policy below, if you are a consumer in the UK you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@strivefootwear.com within the 14-day period. You must then return the goods to us within a further 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and you are liable for any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling of the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature and condition.

This statutory right sits alongside, and does not replace, our own 28-day Returns Policy below, whichever is more generous to you at the time.

7. Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund within 28 days, provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition. Please do not apply tape directly to the shoe box. A completed returns form must be included. Unless the product is faulty, the cost of returning items to the company is payable by the purchaser.

8. Multibuy Promotions — Partial Returns

When you purchase items as part of a multibuy promotion, the promotional discount is conditional on all qualifying items being retained. If you return one or more items from a multibuy order such that the remaining items no longer meet the qualifying threshold, the promotional discount will be recalculated accordingly.

The discount value that applied to any retained items will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will reflect the full standard price of the returned item(s), less any promotional discount reapplied to the item(s) you are keeping.

For example: if you purchase two pairs of shoes at 20% off and return one pair, your refund will be calculated as the standard price of the returned pair, minus the 20% discount that now applies to the pair you are keeping.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Delivery

Delivery timeframes given at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods (including risk of loss or damage) passes to you on delivery.

10. Wholesaler Cancellations

Forward orders placed by wholesale accounts are received in good faith & are placed with our factory with this in mind. As a result of this, we do not accept any cancellations after an initial 30 days' cooling off period.

11. Carriage

Unless otherwise specified, Global Brand Collective Ltd reserves the right to choose the method of carriage. Charges for packing, postage and delivery will be applied to individual orders.

12. Trade Descriptions Act

While every care is taken to accurately describe our products, customers should satisfy themselves that the products ordered meet their specific requirements. Product images may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. The company reserves the right to alter, improve or amend specification on all items without prior notice.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Global Brand Collective Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Account Creation

When creating an account you are accepting the above terms and conditions and also our Privacy Policy. On submission of creating an account, you will be consenting to receive occasional marketing materials from us. 17. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather, courier disruption, or supply chain failures.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
