To clean classic leathers, wipe gently with a damp cloth and leave to dry fully out of direct sunlight.

For nubuck and suede leathers, wipe entirely so there is an even damp surface.

Three hook-and-loop straps allow you to adjust Zella across the forefoot, midfoot and instep. Each strap can be fastened independently, helping you create a secure fit that feels right for your feet.

How should I choose my Zella slipper size?
Measure both feet and use the longer measurement when checking the women’s size guide. Measure around the widest part of each foot to check the width. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size for the best fit.
Does Zella slippers have a removable footbed?
Yes. Zella incorporates Strive’s podiatrist-designed Biomechanical Footbed Technology™, including contoured arch support, a deep heel cup and metatarsal cushioning.
Can the fit of Zella slippers be adjusted?
Yes. Zella has three individual hook-and-loop straps that allow you to adjust the fit across different areas of your foot.
Can Zella slippers be worn outside?
The durable rubber outsole makes Zella suitable for light everyday use outside, such as short trips to the doorstep. The fleece upper is not designed for wet weather.
